What a League entry means
The checked client configuration contains 79 League entries within a season whose reference range ends at Pokédex number 151. These are different sets. A reference-data entry alone does not establish a separately selectable starting partner.
Starter candidates are marked separately. The configured challenge for an unchosen starter is not the same route as the initial starter selection.
Eligibility comes before capture
A challenge can contain multiple parts. The reviewed client marks its combined progress done only when every listed part reaches its goal. Eevee is a concrete two-part example.
The client capture flow requires a weakened target. The encounter, capture attempt and League addition remain distinct from challenge progress. Raw reference capture-rate values are not direct percentages.
Alpha support is temporary
Captured Alphas provide support during the current run. They are not added as permanent League members through that support action. The Lab support-team upgrade changes support capacity, not this distinction.
